- City Of Winder, Georgia (owner) Is Requesting Bids For The Construction Of The Following Project: Midland Avenue Culvert Replacement Project # Sp24-02c Bids For The Construction Of The Project Will Be Received At The Front Desk Of The Public Utilities Facility, 138 Sweetwater Trail, Winder, Georgia 30680 (attention: Gerard Brewer, Midland Avenue Culvert Replacement, Project #sp24-02c), Until Tuesday, June 17, 2025, At 2:00 P.m., Local Time. Soon Thereafter, All Received Bids Will Be Opened Publicly And Read Aloud. The Project Includes The Following Work: Removing Existing Culvert, Replacing Culvert As Specified, Renovation Of Upstream Storm Box, Placement Of Tail Wall, Backfill And Pave.
