¿sealed¿ Bids Will Be Received By The City Of Winder-engineering Department At The Front Desk Of The Public Utilities Facility, 138 Sweetwater Trail, Winder, Ga 30680 (attention: Gerard Brewer, City Engineer) Until 2:00 P.m., Wednesday, April 16, 2025, To Perform Work Under The Contract For ¿city Of Winder On-call Contractor For Hot-mix Asphalt Patching¿. The Purpose Of This Bid Is To Provide A Means For The City To Maintain And Rehabilitate City Streets Via On-demand Asphalt Patching Services By Others In Lieu Of In-house Patching Operations. Work Will Generally Include Mobilization, Traffic Control, Planing Of Existing Asphalt (or Saw Cut And Excavate), Preparation For And Placement Of Asphalt, And Compaction For A Smooth Riding Surface With Seamless Transitions Between New And Existing Asphalt.
