ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF ST. ALBANS HOUGHTON PARK CSO STORAGE TANK CONTRACT NO. 2 General Notice City of St. Albans (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Houghton Park CSO Storage Tank, Contract No. 2. Bids will be received by the City of St. Albans via email until 1:00 PM local time on Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids shall be submitted to all of the following addresses: m.manahan@stalbansvt.com; c.sawyer@stalbansvt.com; jbooth@aeengineers.com; rwinter@aeengineers.com; winn.wilson@vermont.gov Bids received electronically past the bid due date and time will be considered late and thus will not be included in the bid tabulation. Bidders are required to confirm receipt once a bid has been submitted. A bid tabulation will be released to all bidders within 5 business days. The Project includes the following Work: The installation of a 500,000 gallon precast concrete combined sewer overflow tank, trash screening device, submersible pump station, gravity sewermain, sewer forcemain, overflow monitoring structure, new outfall, and required site restoration. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Blueprints, Etc, 20 Ferrell Street, South Burlington, VT 05403, (802) 865-4503. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
