- The Project includes the following Work: Development of a youth sports outdoor recreational complex. The project will involve the construction of three buildings including a locker room and welcome center, press box / restroom building, and trailhead restroom building. An access road will be improved into the property and also include the construction of parking areas for the complex with associated site lighting, concrete paving, and asphalt paving. Utility work will include a water line extension, gravity sanitary sewer extension, power connections, underground conduit installation, and stormwater network installation. The development of the project will also require associated earthwork and erosion and sediment control.
