- The City Of Bloomingdale Is Seeking Requests For Proposals (rfp) For Services Related To Cleaning Out The City¿s Ditches City Wide As It Relates To Our Overall Drainage System Network. The Following Specifications Apply: 1. Ditches Are To Be Cleaned Out And Graded; 2. All Pipes To Be Cleaned Out; And 3. All Manholes To Be Cleaned Out. Special Areas Of Concern Are Specified In Our Phase 4 Drainage Report And Are As Follows: Area 1 ¿ West Main Street Near Hickory Street. Area 2 ¿ Ash Street Near Oak Street, Boulevard Street, And Csx Railroad As It Relates To Ottawa Farms. Area 3 ¿ All Trouble Spots As Identified As One The Fire Department¿s Map (please See Attached).
