The Department of Justice, Civil Division, intends to award a sole source purchase order for conference room space based on FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (b) “Soliciting from a single source”. Civil Division attorneys will be attending a trial in San Francisco CA, and have a requirement for secure conference room space for meetings to discuss trial proceedings. It has been determined that it is in the best interest of the government to contract for this conference space in the hotel in which the attorneys are staying. This is not a request for competitive quotes. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only as no alterative conference space will be considered.
