- The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish one or more term contracts through competitive negotiations for the procurement of professional civil engineering services for the City of Charlottesville (City). The term contract(s) will include project types such as those listed herein. The successful Offeror(s) will be required to provide complete design and consulting services for all, or specific types, of the various project types listed.The City of Charlottesville reserves the right at all times to perform work in-house or to award large projects through a separate procurement process.Some projects required under this contract may be federally funded; all related policies and procedures related to Federal and State statues will apply.
