The United States Consulate General in Guayaquil, Ecuador requires civil works and preparations for the installation of seventeen residential emergency generators to be performed at the US Government Consulate Residential Pool. The work required under this contract consists of providing all professional services, labor, materials, equipment, supplies to complete all the civil works needed for this project. The Contractor-s proposal shall include a detailed cost breakdown of the recommended services to be performed. The consulate residential pool is located in VĂa a la Costa in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
Work shall be completed in less than 90 calendar days. The residences will be occupied during the execution of this contract. The Contracting Officer (CO), who is the legal representative of the United States Government for Contracting, shall appoint a Contracting Officer Representative (COR, to function as the eyes and ears of the (CO). All official communication will come from the CO in written communication. Contractor shall coordinate with the COR for work phasing and job sequencing in each stage of this project in a sequential manner. Contractor has to submit a phasing plan and with the construction schedule for review and approval prior to commencement of work at the site.
The Contractor shall provide all project planning, installation personnel, equipment, materials, tools, and supervision as needed to complete the services that meet the requirements. The Contractor shall be required to prepare and submit, before the related work commences, product specifications, drawings, project schedule in Gantt format, quality management plan, project safety plan, activity hazard analysis, hot work permit and work costs. All documents must be in English and Spanish, in PDF format and must be sent via email to the COR.
