This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5, “Simplified procedures for Certain Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at http://www.Acquisition.gov.
This RFQ is solicited as a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The FBI does not intend to reimburse recipients of this RFQ for any costs incurred in preparing a quote. Prior to the preparation of your quote, please read all instructions contained herein. A Contractor's quote shall be clearly stated, complete and provide a straightforward, concise delineation if its capabilities and services to satisfy this RFP.
The FBI requires a Contractor to provide all personnel, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform Maintenance, Inspection, Repairs and Replacement Services for the Fire Extinguishers at the FBI/CJIS Campus, located in Clarksburg, WV. This intent of this recurring service requirement is for a 1-year base period of performance with 4 additional option years.
