This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for the upcoming Solicitation 75H701-25-R-00041 Claremore Indian Hospital AHU3 and 4 Replacements a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS).
A full scope of work, plans and specifications and Construction Wage Determination will be included in the solicitation documents. Additional details can be found in the solicitation when it is posted to https://sam.gov.
SCOPE OF WORK: This acquisition is to obtain all required commercial services, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform removal and replacement of air handling units (AHU)s #3 & #4 and all associated above-roof ductwork, humidification equipment, dehumidification equipment, and building automation controls.
LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Claremore Indian Hospital, 101 S Moore Ave, Claremore, OK 74017
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Period of Performance is 200 calendar days from date of notice of proceed.
CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f).
SITE VISIT: March 26th, 2025 at 10:00AM CT. See attachment B01 RFP for more details.
CONTRACT TYPE: IHS intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement.
This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.
This project will be solicited as 100% set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
