The Classic Center Authority (¿cca¿) Is Soliciting Statements Of Qualifications From Construction Management / General Contractor (cm/gc) Firms Interested In Providing Services For The Construction Of A Parking Deck Addition To Be Constructed In Downtown Athens, Georgia, Known As Cca Project No. Parking-cm1, Classic Center Parking Addition Project (¿project¿). This Request For Qualifications (rfq) Seeks To Identify Potential Providers Of The Above-mentioned Services. One Or More Firms That Respond To This Rfq, And Who Are Determined By The Cca To Be Sufficiently Qualified, May Be Deemed Especially Qualified And Capable Of Delivering Comprehensive Construction Services For The Envisioned Project, Deemed Eligible For Further Consideration By The Cca To Provide These Services As The ¿cm/gc¿, And May Be Invited To Interview And Propose For These Services As Finalists.
