DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS Hurricane Rated Automatic Sliding Door System ReplacementPLACE OF PERFORMANCE: James A. Haley Veterans Administration Medical Center (JAHVAMC) Bldg. 30 Community Living Center (CLC) 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd Tampa FL. 33612 SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, tools, training, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing automatic sliding door system and install one (1) hurricane-rated Nabco GT1175 Automatic Sliding Door System at the designated location. The system shall be compliant with all local, state, and federal codes applicable to healthcare facilities, and must meet the following requirements: Name Brand or Equal: The Nabco GT1175 Series is the basis of design. Equivalent products may be proposed, provided they meet or exceed all specifications listed below. The Contractor must submit supporting documentation and certifications demonstrating equivalency and compliance with all requirements. Acceptance of alternate products is at the sole discretion of the Government.
