Description:
The County of Ontario (the \"County\"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project ID Project Title. Sealed bids must be received by the County Purchasing Director located at 20 Ontario St. Canandaigua, NY 14424 PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Any vendor not able to attend in person, may view the bid opening via WebEx https://ontariocountyny.webex.com/ontariocountyny/j.php?MTID=mf3b127592e153ad6af40469dabefbe76 . Late responses will not be accepted.There will be a pre-bid meeting held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Said meeting will be held at Ontario County Department of Public Works Conference Room, 2962 County Road 48, Canandaigua, New York 14424. All interested parties are strongly urged to attend.Bid forms, Drawings, and Specifications may be downloaded from the County-s e-Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ontariocountyny. Hard copies will be available for a refunded deposit of $100.00 per set (U.S. FUNDS). Cross sections will be provided upon request in electronic version (PDF files) only. Checks shall be made payable to the Ontario County Treasurer. No bidder shall receive documents prior to receipt of a deposit by the Purchasing Department. Bidders requesting arrangements other than U.S. Mail shall be responsible for making such arrangements and all associated costs. Deposits must be a check or cash, no credit cards are accepted or copies of checks.
