Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Belgium will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it becomes available.

The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement for the cleaning of curtains, sheers and roman blinds installed in U.S. Government-owned or leased apartments and houses. The contractor shall provide these services in full compliance with Belgian laws and other applicable regulations.

Contract Type: The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price contract.
Conference Call: A call will be organized by the U.S. Embassy for all interested bidders. The date and time will be provided in the solicitation. Attendance is mandatory for submission of a bid.
Registration Requirements: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submitting an offer, in accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to complete their registration in advance.
Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity will allow for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the stated response date and time. Ensure that your email submission does not exceed 2MB. If necessary, multiple emails may be sent.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation once the solicitation is issued. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions, but discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if necessary.
