Separate, Sealed Bids Will Be Received For Furnishing All Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment, And Incidentals Necessary For The Installation Of The Fy 2025 Local Road Administration Assistance, Drainage Improvements At 11 Locations, In Clinch County Georgia Until 10:00am (local Time), Thursday, October 23, 2025, At Which Time Bids Will Be Opened And Read. The Meeting Will Be Held At The Clinch County Board Of Commissioners¿ Office And Will Be Open To The Public. Proposals Can Be Mailed To The Attention Of Jaclyn James, County Administrator For The Clinch County Board Of Commissioners, 22 Court Square, Suite B Homerville, Georgia 31634. Proposals Received After The Designated Time Will Not Be Considered. Clinch County Board Of Commissioners May Select A Successful Low Bidder After Evaluation Of All Bids. The Scope Of Work Includes: Cross Drainpipe Replacement & Roadway Patching On Dickerson Crossing Rd, Barney Rd, Burnt Bridge Rd, Strickland Rd, Fire Tower Rd, Chauncey Rd, Withers Rd, & Antioch Rd.
