SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Clinical Healthcare Point of Care Access Suite FBO Notice: 36C77625Q0270The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requires an existing commercial off the shelf web based, Clinical Healthcare Point of Care Access Suite Knowledge Product that will be made available throughout the Department of Veterans AffairsThe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate with MCGRAW HILL 1325 AVENUE OF THE AMERICAS, 5TH FLOOR, NEW YORK, NY 10019: to provide an annual subscription to Clinical Healthcare Point of Care Access Suite. These products must include clinical references such as electronic healthcare textbooks/manuals and other resources that will serve to educate and inform students, residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals practicing in the VA medical and administrative facilities. The procurement is being conducted by authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b)(2), "soliciting from a sole source."
