The purpose of amendment 1 is up date SOW, technical requirement, evaluation factors, and extend RFQ close date. This a service requirement for vendor to provide (2) Dual Zone refrigerated/freezer trailer to be utilized for the kitchen capabilities for perishable food storage not to exceed (624SF to 744SF total for both trailers). The rental trailers will need to have the floor storage capacity to handle that includes trailer rentals, existing electrical usage for at least trailer, trailers capable to meet existing loading dock height requirement for each trailer, maintenance, electrical install, electrical supplies, qualified electrician, warranty, repairs, emergency, personnel, tools, qualified technician, training plan, temperature monitoring, delivery, and removal all inclusive of rental trailer during the life of the contract.NAIC 541490 PSC W041See RFQ SOW for technical, implementation, past performance evaluation factors to meet VA s SOW REQUIREMENTS.
