Update 10/14/2025: This notice was re-activated to provide an update on this requirement. This requirement was solicited on GSA Alliant 2 on Friday 10 Oct. 2025 through GSA eBuy. GSA RFP1785393 is the request for proposal number within eBuy. To submit a proposal in response to the RFP, your organization must be an Alliant 2 IDIQ holder.
