The Authority Selected Construction Manager At Risk, Hereafter Cmar, For The Project Delivery Method. In A Separate Rfp The Authority Selected Barge Design Solutions, Hereafter Barge, To Provide Architectural And Engineering Services. The Authority And Barge Worked Together To Develop Concepts, A Basis For Design And This Rfp. The Successful Offeror Will Collaborate With Barge And The Authority To Design The Operations Campus With The Goal Of A Design For Constructability; Thereby Reducing Costs And Minimizing Delays. The Attached Rfp Provides Project Details And Describes Our Evaluation Process.
