Project Background Creswell Hall, Opened In 1963, Is An Approximately 188,149 Square Foot, 955 Bed High-rise Residence Hall That Houses First-year Students. This High-rise Is Located Near Brumby And Russell Halls, Black-diallo-miller Hall, And The Low-rise Hill Community. Creswell Hall Is In The Mid-century Modern Style And Constructed Of Brick Masonry Core With A Curtain Wall Of Aluminum And Porcelain Panels Similar To The Nearby Hill Community. Creswell Hall Was Named For Mary Ethel Creswell, The First Female To Receive A Degree From Uga.
