Description : Bids are being solicited on behalf of the City University Construction Fund (CUCF) by Armand Corporation for the replacement of the corridor fire doors and revisions of the existing fire alarm system for the City College of New York NAC Corridor Fire Door Project located at 160 Convent Avenue, New York, NY 10031. The scope of the construction work includes the replacement of the corridor fire doors, associated door hardware, revisions of the existing fire alarm system, and magnetic/electric door holder system in the project plans drawn by Andrew Bartle Architects, P.C. (ABA Studio). Bidders are directed to review the contract documents for the complete scope of work. The work is being bid on as a single prime General Construction contract with an expected cost of $2,500,000. Bid Documents will be available March 3, 2025 at 3 P.M. through BuildingConnected.
