Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) Market Survey to identify prospective sources capable of the transcription of interviews conducted by military historians deployed to combat zones and at U.S. Army home stations to support its Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) historical research and publications programs, as well as CMH's Contingency and Cold War histories and other historical projects.

All questions to this RFI must be submitted by Friday, 20 June 2025 by 12:00PM EST to be considered. Questions and answers will be posted no later than Monday, 23 June at 9:00am EST. The RFI shall close on Friday, 20 June 2025 at 12:00PM EST.
Interested offerors are asked to complete the questionnaire within the attachment and provide answers back electronically to William Mihelich, Contract Specialist, at william.t.mihelich.civ@army.mil.
