Description:
Description : The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is soliciting proposals from firms that are able to manage and facilitate the Medi-Cal Member Advisory Committee (MMAC) and the Voices and Vision Council, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines. This includes planning, conducting, and debriefing quarterly meetings, and supporting member recruitment, onboarding, and engagement to ensure diverse and representative participation. The Contractor will also develop and disseminate accessible communication materials, manage meeting logistics, and provide multilingual interpretation to support full participation. Additionally, the Contractor will evaluate and advise DHCS on agenda development, meeting engagement strategies, cross-collaboration, and opportunities to strengthen committee operations and member representation.
