AMENDMENT 1: The site visit date and time have been updated to 15 July 2025 at 10:00 am local time (CEST).
Additionally, the following changes are anticipated due to mandatory design changed initiated by the Spanish Electrical Distribution company, Endesa Distribucion:
1. The projected electrical utilities are in the 50 Hz side of the Moron AB electrical system andthey will be electrically connected to the Spanish distribution grid. As a result, the Spanishcodes, rules and procedures are mandatory in this project.2. The electrical distribution grid company, where these utilities will be connected to, belongsto Endesa Distribucion (EDE), that has their own standards that are also mandatory in this project,and are subject by review and approval by EDE technical personnel.3. EDE's review is taking place in these days, so it is expected that minor changes will occur inproject drawings and specifications as a result of EDE's recommendations. These recommendations arenot expected to increase/decrease the scope of the project, but they will mainly be associated toparts of the installation being installed by either the Contractor or by EDE with their own means(whose cost will remain under the project in any case, since the Contractor will have to arrangewith EDE the coordination, execution of works and commissioning of all utilities).4.
