The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ). We are seeking quotes for the following:*** PORTABLE HEART LUNG SYSTEM ECMO COLUMBIA VAMC ***The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a Size Standards of 800 Employees, and Product Supply Code (PSC) of 6515. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement, and intended as Full and Open competition. All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of the RFQ, which will be released on or about August 18, 2025. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quote will be August 25, 2025, at 11:00 am Central Time (CT).
