- Description : The scope of work consists of replacing the Main Terminal Building-s lower roof as well as the roof mounted mechanical ducts and insulation, which are aging and pose an obstruction to the reroofing. This project also includes replacing the existing gutters and downspouts, replacing existing ship ladder and roof access ladder, providing temporary Air Conditioning during the construction, and installing stainless guardrail at the front and back stairs of the Main Terminal Building. The estimated cost of construction is between $600,000.00 and $1,200,000.00.
