PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing a solicitation as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to acquire brand name or equal Electro Metrics EM6898 Antennas and Accessories meeting all specificiations as outlined in the attached "Technical Specifications" document.
The Information Technology Acquisitions Unit, intends to establish a single award, firm-fixed price type contract for the equipment listed below associated with this RFQ. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for Authorized Resellers. This procurement is being conducted using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This requirement will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable basis.
Only new equipment may be submitted for consideration, no grey items will be considered. All items are required to be FOB Destination. The quote shall identify if each item is TAA Compliant, or not TAA compliant.
The Statutory Authority for this effort falls under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 entitled, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220.
Delivery for the items shall be Quantico, VA and shall arrive no later than 60 days after receipt of an order. Descriptions and quantities for each item may be found in the attached documents.
