Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Dixie National Forest, Color Country Interagency Fire Center Main Dispatch Building has a requirement for janitorial services. Please review the attached combined synopsis and return all requested information with your quote. It is the quoter's responsibility to monitor this opportunity for amendments and return those with their quote as well. Pay particualr attention to the green and red highlighted sections of the combined synopsis.
Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions about this solicitaiton. (See attached SF30). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Amendment 002: the purpose of this amendment is to correct the SAM.gov resposne deadline to align with the combined synopsis document deadline of 3/3/2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Return a signed copy of this amendment with your quote.
Amendment 003: The purpose of this amendment is to update clauses and provisions through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, and deviations, including a statement that system updates may lag policy updates. These include Deviations dated FEB 2025 for the following: 52.223-2, 52.212-5, 52.223-1, 52.223-23, and 52.212-3. The following clauses have also been removed from 52.212-5: 52.222-21 and 52.222-26. Provision 52.223-22 has also been removed. The response deadline for submission of quotes including this amendment is extended to 3/25/2025 at 10:00 AM MT.
