THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION FOR SOLICITATION SPE4A7-25-R-0391. PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A SF-33 SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED FOR PR 7010745832, NSN: 2915-00-823-6627, ITEM: SEAL ASSEMBLY. THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR AWARD OF A FIRM FIXED PRICED CONTRACT UNDER FAR PART 15 (CONTRACTING BY NEGOTIATION). NOTE: NEW SOLICITATION SPE4A7-25-R-0391 REPLACES PREVIOUS SOLICITATION SPE4A7-25-T-9034. VENDORS WHO SUBMITTED QUOTATIONS FOR PREVIOUS SOLICITATION SPE4A7-25-T-9034 WILL NEED TO CONFIRM WITH BELOW CITED POC IF QUOTATION SHOULD BE USED FOR NEW SOLICITATION SPE4A7-25-R-0391 OR VENDORS CAN SUBMIT A NEW PROPOSAL VIA DIBBS / EMAIL TO BELOW CITED POC.
