This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D301-24-Q-78291, title “CDC_V&P Scientific Equipment” and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
Market Research indicates that V&P Scientific, INC, a small business out of California, to be the only manufacturer, sole distributor, as well as sole maintenance service provider of the VP 741D Heat Block and VP 416-ALB-48 Reaction Block . As such, CDC is planning a sole source award for a total Small Business set-aside, with a deliver by date of 09/30/2024.
