A site visit will be conducted on July 31, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST. The purpose of the site visit is to discuss and review requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. This site visit will be held at building 125 at the 134th Air Refueling Wing Tennessee Air National Guard McGhee Tyson Air Base, Louisville, TN. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit. Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend this site visit. Email the following information for all attendees to the following address: andrew.headrick@us.af.mil Firm Name and Telephone Number Visitor-s Name REAL ID Driver-s License (copy) Citizenship This information must be provided in advance, at a minimum of 2 business days prior to the meeting, in order to ensure access to the military base and site visit and ensure adequate seating for the conference attendees. The furnishing of the above information is voluntary; however, your failure to furnish all or part of the requested information may result in the Government-s denial of your access to the site visit.
