This synopsis serves to meet the requirement of FAR 5.201. The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) HQ, in support of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C41) International Integration Program Office (PMW 740) intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) N0003925R4004 for acquiring, fielding, and sustaining, tailored, interoperable C4I capabilities in support of authorized and approved United States (U.S.) Department of Defense (DoD) security cooperation programs. The effort will be for the design, procurement, and installation of C4I systems in various foreign nations in support of authorized and approved U.S Security Assistance and Security Cooperation programs.
