ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED.
BOARDS SHALL BE MADE OUT OF HDU MATERIAL. WITH THE FRAME AROUND THE BOARD AND THE PHOTO FRAMES TO BE WOOD. THICKNESS FOR THE LABEL PLATES WOULD BE APPROXIMATELY 1/16” (0.062”). THICKNESS FOR THE PHOTO FRAMES SHALL BE AS THICK OR THIN AS REQUIRED TO BE FLUSH WITH THE BOARDS- FRAMES AND THE RAISED LETTERING (IF POSSIBLE, BUT NO THICKER THAN EXCEEDING THE BOARDS- FRAMES BY ¼”) CARVED SEALS (BOTH ON THE BOARDS AND INDIVIDUAL SEALS) ARE TO BE MADE OUT OF HDU AND MOUNTED, IF NOT DIRECTLY CARVED, AND THEN PAINTED TO MATCH THE COLORS AS INDICATED IN THE PICTURES IN THE SOW. RAISED LETTERING TO BE MADE OUT OF HDU AND MOUNTED, IF NOT DIRECTLY CARVED AND THEN PAINTED WITH GOLD PAINT. INSTALLATION SERVICES NOT REQUIRED. SHIPPING ONLY. QUOTE DUE DATE EXTENDED. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A DESIGN LAYOUT VIA EMAIL WITH QUOTE.
This requisition is for four (04) each custom plaque/photo display boards and individual plaques (seals/emblems) for US Coast Guard Base Portsmouth command building.
