Description : California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (University) is seeking bids from a singleservice provider to plan, manage, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of Lighting, Audio andVisual Services for the 2026 Commencement Ceremonies as noted in Section III Scope of Workwith estimated budget range One Hundred Thousand dollar (US$100,0000) to One Hundredand Thirty Thousand dollar (US$130,000).The University hosts annual Commencement ceremonies, consisting of multiple ceremonies atone (1) site, over a three (3) day period in May 2026. Commencement is scheduled for Friday,May 15, 2026, Saturday, May 16, 2026, and Sunday, May 17, 2026.Attendance is expected to reach approximately 8,500 guests per ceremony set for a total offour (4) sets, across three (3) days of Commencement. The University¿s objective is to providegraduates, their guests, and all attendees a safe and dignified Commencement.The University anticipates twelve (12) ceremonies in one (1) venue and events begin at 8:00a.m., 12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., and 7:30 p.m., on Friday, May 15th, and at 8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m.,4:00 p.m., and 7:30 p.m., May 16th and May 17th Saturday & Sunday, for all students graduatingon those days.The lighting/audio visual company must have no less than five (5) years¿ experience in highereducation events.DVBE 3% is required.Action Deadline Date Release of Request for Proposal (RFP) Monday, October 27,...
