This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 512110, Motion Picture and Video Production, with a size standard of $40 million. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses.

Requirement Description

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) has a requirement for video
projection, display and remote, live video streaming on Saturday, 17 May 2025 at the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Hall. Projected ceremony time is 2.5 hours. Refer to Attachment 1: Statement of Work for the service requirements.
