- The purpose of the RFP is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified commercial air carriers to provide scheduled passenger air service between Santa Fe Regional Airport, Santa Fe, NM (SAF) and one or more major airport(s) in Southern California. This service will be supported in part by funding from the New Mexico Rural Air Service Enhancement (RASE) Grant.The goal of this RFP is to enhance regional air connectivity, support economic development, and improve travel options for residents and visitors of Northern New Mexico.
