COSMOS Presolicitation & Industry Conference Notice
The Government will host a three-day Industry Conference from 25-27 March 2025 for the Commercial and Military Satellite Communications Operations Support (COSMOS) acquisition. This effort will be the follow-on contract to the Wideband Satellite Communications Operations and Technical Support II (WSOTS II) contract. If your company plans on attending the general session and/or scheduling an appointment for a one-on-one session, please submit a completed COSMOS Industry Conference Vendor Registration form COB 17 Mar 2025 to:

General Session is from 0900 - 1200 on 25 March 2025 and will be held at the Radisson Hotel Colorado Springs in the Ballroom. While the One-On-One sessions (info below) will be limited to 3 individuals per time slot - the General Session is open to All Registrants. Note the maximum capacity of the Ballroom is 100 participants.

One-on-One sessions will be at the Radisson Hotel Colorado Springs in the Blue Spruce Executive Conference Room. Appointment times are limited to 40 minutes and no more than 3 individuals per time slot. We will make an attempt to accommodate your desired one-on-one time slot however the schedule is at the discretion of the Government.
