The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source,Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition ofCommercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to CHARTERCOMMUNICATIONS OPERATING LLC AKA Spectrum, 12405 Powerscourt DRSaint Louis, Missouri 63131-3673. The NAICS Code is 517112 and the SBA Size Standards innumber of employees is 1,500.
This is not a request for quotations. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit acomplete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meetthe Government-s requirements. In addition, the response should indicate the contractor-s sizestatus in respect to NAICS Code 517112 and indicate completion of Offeror Representations andCertifications -- Commercial Items provision FAR 52.212-3 which can be done electronically viaSAM.GOV. If the offeror does not have a copy of this provision, go to http://farsite.hill.af.mil/to get a copy or contact the contract specialist by email to receive a copy. Any responsesreceived without 52.212-3 will be considered non-compliant.
