The Sources Sought notice is posted by a government agency seeking possible sources for a project. It is not a solicitation!
The US Air Force is seeking input from interested sources on the requirement for commercial internet and cableTV services and to identify potential sources. The requirement is for US Air Force units located in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC), Germany, in accordance with attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The Government-s intent is to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for this requirement. BPAs are defined as simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies and services by establishing “charge accounts” with qualified sources of supply.
Interested sources are requested to review attached Draft PWS for Cellular Services, and provide comments, concerns and recommendations in accordance with attached Market Research Questionnaire.
In addition, interested sources are requested to provide a capability statement which briefly describes previous and/or current work experience in or relating to the areas listed above.
