AFICC is contemplating a requirement for subscription access to online commercial market research portal that provides detailed reports at the product/service line level (as opposed to broad industries/markets). The reports must be available via online portal or platform - the DAF does not desire to install software on its network or to any local machine. The online or downloadable reports would be accessed by 10-15 individuals per month (on average) on a concurrent basis.
