Description:
Advance Child Care, Inc. is seeking proposals for leasing approximately 5,000 to 6,000 square feet of professional office space within the city limits of Corsicana, Tx, for purposes of conducting Agency-related CACFP Sponsor Services to the Texas Department of Agriculture. The office lease procured by RFP 20261 Professional Office Space will be for a period of 1 year, beginning on October 1, 2025 with the option to extend this lease for four consecutive one year periods with mutual consent by both parties.Deadline for submitting proposals is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 01, 2025. Proposals received after this time will not be considered. Proposals will be opened and rated at 9:00 a.m. on August 02, 2025 at the offices of Advance Child Care, Inc. (523 West First Ave; Corsicana, Tx), based on the following criteria (annual lease fee and security deposit, cost reasonableness, lease requirements, and location & proximity to staff). Notification to all vendors who submitted proposals will occur no later than August 04, 2025.
