Short Project Description: Common Operating Picture(COP) Layout Support Services

This requirement is for Non-Personal Services toprovide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality necessary to perform Common Operating Picture (COP) Layout, as defined in the PWS
Current platforms include: Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) including ATAK & WinTAK - Basic Overview, Digital Fires & Close Air Support Application, related plug-ins, and integration. Digital networking: Networking may include Variable Message Forman over Combat New Radio (VMF over CNR), Situational Awareness Data Link (SADL) and Link 16 and other emerging networks. Battlefield Airmen - Digitally Aided Strike Suite. Adaptive Networking Wideband Waveform (ANW2) - Communications Plan Application (CPA) and tactical implementation. Wireless Mesh Networking / Mobile Ad hoc Networking (MANET) integration solutions, potentially including Persistent Systems MPU5 / Wave Relay, TrellisWare TSM/TSM-X waveform and Silvus Technologies MN-MIMO waveform.
