The purpose of this Request for Statement of Qualification (RFSQ) is to identify a skilled and innovative vendor to support a comprehensive communications program designed to foster community engagement, enhance the airports brand, and maintain a strong digital presence. The selected vendor will play a key role in advancing established outreach goals, refining messaging, and creating a consistent and impactful airport identity that resonates with the community, users and stakeholders.The scope of work includes maintaining and updating the airport-s communications materials, digital channels, and branding guidelines to ensure alignment with evolving needs and standards. This includes website management, social media integration, and crafting targeted messaging for diverse stakeholder groups. A quarterly newsletter will keep stakeholders informed, while additional services will be provided on an as-needed basis to address emerging communication or branding priorities.This opportunity offers vendors the chance to collaborate with a dynamic airport team to make a lasting impact on public perception and engagement.
