THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 0001 IS FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
1. INCORPORATE THE REVISED DRAWINGS REV._BLDG 5800PDS LINES LAYOUT PROPOSAL_1JUL2025.
2. REVISE THE SCHEDULED SITE VISIT TIME FROM 10:00 A.M. MST TO 5:00 P.M. MST. DATE REMAINS UNCHANGED. CHANGE TO INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS SECTION SHOULD READ AS FOLLOWS.
A. SITE VISIT: THE GOVERNMENT HAS SCHEDULED A ONE DAY SITE VISIT AT FORT BLISS, TX AT 5:00 P.M. MST ON 8 JULY 2025.
B. B. CONTRACTORS WHO WISH TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT SHALL PROVIDE THE NAME(S), COMPANY NAME, POSITION TITLE, TELEPHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS AND MAILING ADDRESS OF ALL ATTENDEES VIA EMAIL TO CATALINA.SANDOVA3.CIV@ARMY.MIL NO LATER THAN 1:00 P.M. MST ON 7 JULY 2025.

PROJECT TITLE: COMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE FOR BLDG. 5800PROJECT LOCATION: BLDG. 5800, BRADLEY RD. FORT BLISS, TEXAS 79916
THIS WILL BE A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. NAICS CODE 238210 WITH A BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $19M.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 36.204(C) DISCLOSURE OF THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, THE ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $100,000 AND $250,000.
PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS ARE REQUIRED (SEE CLAUSE AT FAR 52.228-15). GOVERNMENT SHALL, UPON REQUEST, REIMBURSE THE CONTRACTOR FOR THE AMOUNT OF PREMIUMS PAID FOR PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS (INCLUDING COINSURANCE AND REINSURANCE AGREEMENTS, WHEN APPLICABLE) AFTER THE CONTRACTOR HAS FURNISHED EVIDENCE OF FULL PAYMENT TO THE SURETY (SEE CLAUSE AT FAR 52.232-5).
THE AWARDEE OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A SUPERINTENDENT AT ALL TIMES WORK IS BEING PERFORMED ON THIS PROJECT (SEE CLAUSE AT FAR 52.236-6). THE SUPERINTENDENT IS CONSIDERED A KEY POSITION. THIS POSITION SHALL NOT BE SUBCONTRACTED AND MUST WORK DIRECTLY FOR THE PRIME CONTRACTOR.
