NOTICE TO INDUSTRY - CANCELLATION
Subject: Cancellation of Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Communications Management and Enterprise Technology Services (CoMETS) Request for Proposal (RFP)
Date: June 3, 2025
This notice informs all interested parties that the MDA has canceled the planned release of the CoMETS RFP.
This decision follows a reassessment of the procurement landscape and acquisition strategy. While the previous notice indicated a strategic pause, after further consideration, the Agency has determined that cancellation is the most appropriate course of action at this time.
The Agency understands the importance of this requirement and appreciates the interest and efforts invested by industry to date.
THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER UPDATES REGARDING THIS SPECIFIC CoMETS RFP.
MDA is in the process of determining which elements of the existing scope will be necessary moving forward, as well as the revised acquisition strategy for those requirements. No decisions have been made to date, however, interested parties should continue to monitor SAM.gov and other Government points of entry for potential future opportunities that may arise from the CoMETS scope.
