Description:
The County of Orange, Department Name (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for Description of Services . Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.This RFP covers two programs - Program 1 (Operating Subsidy Payments) and Program 2 (Capital Projects). Respondents may submit a proposal for Program 1 only, Program 2 only, or both Program 1 and Program 2. Respondents must specify the programs responded to in the proposal and submit a separate response in separate attachments in Section 4, Part 3, for each Program.County may award a contract to one or more Respondent(s) for each Program and may award one or both Programs to one Respondent. Further, County award a contract to a Respondent for both or only one of the Programs in Respondent-s proposal. County expects the successful Respondent(s) to provide the services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Attachment A. Model Contract.
