(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. FAR Part 13 combined with FAR Part 12, Subpart 12.6.
(ii) Solicitation number 75H70425Q00036 applies, and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ).
(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05.
(iv) This requirement is a total Total Small Business set-aside and the associated NAICS is 611430 - Professional & Management Development Training, with a small business size standard of $15M.
(v) A Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order is expected to be awarded as a result of this RFQ. The contract award will include a three hundred sixty five (365) day BASE Period and three (3) Option Periods of the same length. Vendors submitting a response are to provide a fixed price quotation for the Base Period and Option Periods (see Pricing Sheet). Unit price for the CLINs shall include any related materials costs. See the Solicitation Pricing Table for the pricing structure. Please complete and submit the Solicitation Pricing Table as part of any response to the RFQ.
(vi) The purpose of this fixed price purchase order is to obtain the services of one (1) contractor to provide non-personal professional training services in assistance of the Indian Health Service-s Office of Clinical and Preventive Services. This requirement covers the Program Office-s Community Health Representative E-Training Program requirement. See the attached Performance Work Statement for additional details.
