THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND: This Request for Proposal (RFP/Event/Solicitation) is to accept offers and contract with a vendor(s) to purchase up to two (2) Compact Articulating Tractors for Cemetery turf/landscape maintenance, roadway maintenance, snow/ice removal, etc. for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The State reserves the right to negotiate any aspect of any or all responsible responses which may include, but not limited to Specifications.
