- PROJECT NAME: COMPLETION OF THE 2025 URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLANThe 2025 Urban Water Management Plan will include chapters and information that will be provided by the Mojave Water Agency. Mojave Water Agency will be providing appropriate chapters and information pertaining to the region which the consultant shall use in the Victorville Water District 2025 Urban Water Management Plan. Consultant is required to work with Mojave Water Agency and incorporate associated chapters and information into the Victorville Water District`s 2025 Urban Water Management Plan. The consultant shall review Pertinent Existing Data: The Consultant shall review relevant documents that may include Mojave Water Agencys (MWA) Integrated Water Resource Management Plan, Victorville Water Districts (VWD) Water Master Plan, water transfers and exchanges, and interagency agreements. VWD-s ID1 and ID2, 2020 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and other related documents prepared since the 2020 UWMP was completed to clarify the work completed to date and identify remaining work and data needs. Once the 2025 UWMP Final Guidelines are released by Department of Water Resource (DWR) in the Fall of 2025, the consultant shall prepare a table of additional information needed. Following review of the table by VWD staff, a final summary table will be prepared and used as a checklist to confirm the work remaining and where assistance from VWD staff will be required.Mojave Water Agency Responsibility:Prepare the RUWMPPrepare retailer chapter framework for distribution for retailer completionPrepare regional water supply/demand reliability tablesAssist retailer with questions about State submissionConsultant Responsibility:Complete all sections of the provided retailer chapter framework and submit to MWA for inclusion in the RUWMP, including demand and growth details (consistent with a regionally agreed upon approach), and preparing all necessary and requested textAssist with preparing and publishing all noti...
