- The Cherokee County School District (ccsd) Is Seeking A Qualified Building Envelope Consultant (bec) To Perform A Condition Assessment Of Building Envelopes At All Ccsd Owned Facilities. This Assessment Should Include Assessments Of Roofs, Exterior Walls, And Windows For Current Conditions And Deficiencies. The Findings Of This Report Will Provide Valuable Insight To The Ccsd Capital Planning & Facilities Staff And Will Be Used In Conjunction With Other Data To Address Building Envelope Repairs And/or Improvements To Be Addressed And Funded By Esplost. All Questions For This Rfp Must Be Submitted Through The Bonfire Message Center.
